Terms for informational email or SMS rate alerts without account-management or automatic-switching authority.
1. Rate alerts
Rate alerts are informational notifications intended to help you revisit energy options when comparison data changes or when new opportunities may be available.
2. Not an enrollment authorization
Signing up for an alert does not authorize UtilityProvide to switch your supplier, access your utility account or enroll you in an energy contract.
3. Availability
Alerts may not be available in every market, utility territory or service type. Information may change between the time an alert is sent and the time you review an offer.
4. Opt out
You may unsubscribe from email alerts using the unsubscribe mechanism provided. SMS alerts, if offered and separately consented to, include their own opt-out instructions.
5. No guarantee
We do not guarantee that an alert represents the lowest available rate or that an offer will remain available. Confirm current terms directly before enrolling.
